1 Research Design  :

The Research design adapted for this project is “Descriptive research”. Descriptive Research relies heavily on the responses of respondents. Descriptive has a carefully planned and structure design as in this case. If the research is concerned with finding out who, what, where, when or how much, then study is Descriptive.

2 Data Collection Method  :
Since there is minimum amount of secondary data for the subject under the study, the study is mainly based on the primary data. Interview schedule has to be constructed to get a factual data.

2.1 Primary Data  :
The Primary data were collected through Questionnaire by researcher with the guidance of the superior. The Questionnaire has been designed to gather the data keeping in view if the Objectives. The questionnaire consists of 45 Questions(Appendix).

2.2 Secondary Data  :
Data have been gathered from text book available in the college library.

3 Pre-Testing  :
Before going to collection of data, the research finds some selected samples of respondents for pre testing of Questionnaire. Based on the result of the pre testing, the final shape of the interview schedule was given. The specimen of finalized Interview Schedule administrated is given in appendix of this project work.

3.1 Questionnaire  :
The Questionnaire was developed by the research herself. The dichotomous, open end and multiple choice questions were asked. The Questionnaire is framed in such a way that the interest of the respondent is never reduced and thus he answers with full knowledge. Since the purpose of the study is undisguised to them.

But the researcher had chosen Judgment sampling technique. This method enables the researcher to complete the data collection within the stipulated time.

8 Editing and Coding  :
The filled questionnaire is thoroughly analyzed for each and every answer given by the respondents. The coding was done by efficient analysis of the information. The class was fixed for each data.

9 Tabulation  :
All data are totally entered in the master table, then the researcher framed different table under specific headings. Tabulation would be helpful for analysis and interpretation simply by going through the tables; one could understand the essence of finding of the research.

10 Percentage  :
The data collected were classified and classified is represented in columns. The data thus recorded is represented by percentage to facilitate comparison and easy interpretation. The percentage are represented is separate columns and facilitates a figurative expression of information.
